19th Annual Gailan Carve Off

Another one in the books. 19 years ago we started this tradition and have since had Matt and Kristen, Kristina and Fred and now Grandpa Pat and Grandma Tina join in the festivities. Along with 14 couples. Yowzah! We had to bring in an extra table from outside to accomodate the big group but it was worth it for the delicious food and amazing pumpkins.

The theme this year was: Your Childhood. We got everything from casper the friendly ghost, to nightmare before christmas, barfing pumpkins and a teenage mutant ninja turtle. The winners were Lindsey's baby pumpkin trapped in a prison (real deep that one) and Britteny's freehanded gizmo.

I love that we get to show off our awesome Moxee/West Valley friends to family and show them what they could have if they would just move to the Palm Springs of Washington:)
