Dear Mr. Clark,
Well, you are officially 3. Crazy, huh? Your birthday party was awesome. We went with a basketball theme because you are just a wee bit obsessed and those little oranges/basketballs I found on pinterest are really just adorable. And the cake was fun to make too. Good thing I found gluten free icing and chocolate twizzlers.
Your party was very well attended. Grandpa Sonny, Aunt Kristen, Uncle Matt and Stella came along with the whole Washburn crew. They brought Daddy some La Croix's so we wouldn't feel left out. We sang Happy Birthday and Jillian kindly helped you blow out your candles:). Then we dug in.

You and Anderson were quite the crack ups. You enjoyed your basketball cupcakes and then just generally being silly together.

Even though the weather was crappy (a cool thunderstorm came by that night!) we all managed to have fun with your new balloons and pretty much any game that involved tackling Uncle Fred.

Then presents. Nope, Mom forgot to get a photo of our gift. Hint: it was your very own golf set complete with a rolley plastic cart. You love it. Not to golf with of course but more to hit things and go racing around the house in. Aunt Kristen really hit it out of the park with their gift - some cool Clark specific books and an AMAZING red race car that makes real noises. Nope, no photo of that one either. But it's cool. And you love it and it is LOUD but that's probably why you love it so:)

The rest of the afternoon you played with cousins and had an uneasy truce with Stella - who really really wanted your new car.

Happy Birthday squishy. I cannot believe you are so grown up now. We love you to death!
