Christmas Candy

Christmas becomes more and more fun every year with our little family. It really is the most wonderful time of the year. Also, my present to Dana was pretty epic - a puzzle of our family as legos. Priceless. Look how happy he is:)

Of course all the other presents were equally awesome. Books from "Santa", Barbies from Grandpa Sonny and Marcie, a basketball hoop, a Lamar Jackson poster (perfect for if the Ravens win the Superbowl), more books, an Arkansas Razorbacks football, nail polish, games from Grandma and Grandpa Kitchen, popcorn from Grandma Sue, and of course....
....the telescope. Miss Charlotte got it in her head back in the summer that she was going to have her very own telescope. She never let it die. Kept bringing it up. And voila! We made it happen. Sadly the cloud cover has not let her see the beloved moon yet but I have a feeling we are gonna use this telescope a lot come summer time.
We finished the day with some awesome Jenga and much video gaming and just general being laziness. So awesome!
But that absolute best part of Christmas each year is going to church as a family. We got all dressed up this year and took some photos. There may have been tears. There may have been bribes. There may even have been threats from Mom but years from now we won't remember any of that. We will look back and think: Oh man, we were so happy that day. And we were. Really we were.

Merry Christmas and a Happy 2024 to us all. May we have more love this year. More friendship. A little less cake. And a lot more Jesus.
