Another one in the books. We started the week watching The Nightmare Before Christmas which is truly a weirder movie that I remembered but the kids loved it. Here are other highlights from this unseasonably warm Halloween:
Thursday night trunk or treat at the church. Quick walk around the cars, followed by carnival games, bounce houses, mexican hot chocolate (yeeeesss!!), and Charlotte spent the night Ezra hunting.
Miss Char was Elsa this year and basically the cutest sparkly thing every to exist.
Mr. Clark was a Storm Trooper with awesome padded shoulders and one cool gun!Oh....and so was Timmy:):):) These two are seriously funny. They spent the whole night together as twinners. Aaaand Charlotte found Ezra. Always Ezra.
Friday we headed to the Moxee Hoe Down for a hay ride and took this gem. I think this accurately depicts our family. Dad - rock solid. Mom - so tired she might die. Charlotte - yup. Clark - gangsta. Saturday was beautiful weather which worked great for Gigi's 5th birthday party in Pasco. We hung with new friends and old (yay Grandma Shannon!), ate delicious food and then went out to dinner where our kiddos tried Pho. Yeah - Matt and Kristen's kids are way foodier than our kiddos.
And on the big night, we got all gloved up for a full hour of trick-or-treating. We picked Timmy up along the way and had a fabulous night taking down Moxee. Charlotte even found a full inflatable Oogie Boogie costume and chased the poor man down the street.
The kids returned so happy to hand out all our candy (and even some of their own) to people at the door. Great night all around!
