Seriously. I know just enough about Retirement plans to know I don't know enough for the tests, but enough that my head feels like a watermelon. So if you mention 403b, 401k, ESOP, or any other retirement related things to me today, I take no blame for the consequences to your knees. You have been warned.

And your background looks good - it took me awhile to figure it out at first. I think I was trying to make it more complicated than it needed to be. Not that I ever do that. :)
