Eat, Sleep, Study, Repeat

That's our life lately. We eat. I sleep. He studies. And we repeat. But there are high points. A few family get togethers have been truly entertaining as Dana's family is hilarious. I'm pretty sure I've talked a company into paying me to work (I believe it's called a job) so I'll soon have a regular schedule and won't mow through three books in a day anymore. We've also tried to spice up the studying with walks along the canal. As for the food...

We potted some herbs. Rosemary on the right, parsley on the left.

We copied Doug and Jackie and got ourselves a Topsy Turvey tomato plant. Not sure if it'll work but if it does it's the coolest thing ever.

We put in some flowers. Dana picked them just so you all know. My hubby has taste.

And lest you think picking flowers is too feminine...

Boom Baby! Yup, we got a grill. Dana has wanted one for years so we finally splurged. Then we celebrated with really good priced steaks that turned out to be delicious. Sorry PETA.

P.S. No pics of the finished steaks because I was too busy shoving them into my mouth along with potatoes to pull out the camera. Trust me, they were perfect. Yum.
